It evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates and can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Developing the core – the deep abdominal muscles along with the muscles closest to the spine – makes individuals more agile, helps prevent injury and increases sports performance and more efficient body movements. Katie offers Pilates sessions at Dancers’ Workshop for group sizes up to 4 people (Pilates Quad Class).  Semi-Private and Private sessions are also available.
